85% of it is still sub-par but now I can do Dragon Flags and I couldn’t before and that is pretty damn cool. The number is also down from 90% sucking because I bought a bench and a pair of 45 lbs dumbbells which is enough to continue making progress.

Also because winter was coming (now here) I invested in an at home exercise bike and my cardio is on point. I’ve even regand my love of biking which died out a decade or more ago so thats something.

Oh yes! I have a legitimate excuse to skip leg day, hahahahaha, not joking.
