I always did so there is no difference from The Before Times. However, I like that I can not worry about taking too long between sets. I can make a mess and leave it that way with nobody to offend and I’ll clean it up before the next workout. I can make as much or as little noise as I like (although my wife might have something to say about that). I can do my stretches and warmups on the deadlift platform. I can curl in the squat rack. If I fuck up and die, nobody will save me, which means I don’t fuck up in ways where I can’t self-rescue.
