Some soft touch surfaces, bluetooth is at this point an absolute need (I drive a lot for the Army,) good comfy seats with stiff bolstering, a third pedal is nice, and most importantly - enough horsepower to put me back into my seat a little and giggle. If I don’t feel like laughing when I step on the gas, no thanks.

That isn’t tied to HP directly, either. My ‘10 Mustang GT (310hp), ‘88 Fiero GT (roughly 130hp when new) and ‘13 Focus ST (250hp) all fulfilled that requirement.
