Doesn’t look too bad on google street view, but Filbert is so steep that the sidewalk is cast with stairs in it(!). Come to top of the hill and you can’t see the street, only your hood and the horizon - it drops off very sharply.

If you want air, that’s the place.

It is the next parallel, through street south of the twisty section of Lombard street.

Just make sure that there isn’t a tourist in a F350 Dually stopped half way down the hill to take a picture - you’ll want a buddy to flag you in. 30 mph is more than enough to get all 4 wheels disconnected. After 11pm is best.
