After I broke my shoulder early in the year I decided to make some serious changes and I actually did achieve almost everything I set out to do. I went from 245 lb at 24% bf to 215 lbs 12.5% right now, which is 40 lbs of fat loss and 10 lbs of muscle gain. My resting heart rate has dropped from the mid 70's to 63 bpm and I am aiming for sub 60 early in the new year. Of course the issue is instead of being skinny fat, I am just plain skinny now. Which is why starting after the Holiday’s I will be transitioning to a lean bulk to gain some muscle mass and strength back that I lost in my cut.
