Marta’s paella class! You get to meet new people from around the world, hang out on a gorgeous balcony overlooking the city, drink wine, and learn how to make incredible paella, which is a skill you’ll use for the rest of your life. Marta’s a lovely woman who runs the whole thing out of her home, and the groups are small - only about a dozen per class. It was one of my favorite travel experiences ever, and over three years later, I still make paella once every few months.
