Installing 31x10.5 tires in my VW bug in all four corners, stock wheels and suspension.

Not a single shop were able to install them. (That should been a clear signal) The guy that could do it was and old man equipped only with manual tools.

As a result of the poor fit you have a wobbly and unpreddictable driving, with the tires rubbing everywhere.

But the point where I could not ignore my stupidity was when I tried to turn. I’m not exagerating, you needed to calculate a simple turn to the left or to the right in any street, due to the barely existent turn radius.

I ended up modyfing the wheels. Now it is fairly decent to drive on pavement. And a BLAST to drive it off-road.
