I looked through a bunch and didnt see it, but my nomination is:

While you can certainly find it on many higher end models, I think have at least two memory positions on power seats should be a standard thing.

I am rather particular about my seating position. If someone adjusts my seat, I end up making adjustments over the course of 4-5 days before I get it ‘right’ again.

Also, I’m 6'3" and my wife is 5'4". Anytime I have to get in her vehicle, a ‘17 Toyota Highlander (she doesnt drive mine because manual transmission) I have to adjust her seat and vice versa. Just recently I told her that whatever we buy next for her, its going to have memory seats so we don’t have to spend so much time adjusting and being uncomfortable.
