Any tips for embracing single-dom as a 24 year old? I’ve been combatting some loneliness recently, even though I date pretty actively, contact my family often, and have a decent social life. I’m noticing that I’m addicted to the oxytocin release that happens when I’m cuddling with a casual partner after an overnight stay (someone who I’m dating casually but not in a relationship with) and I’m finding that I’m wasting a lot of energy thinking about the people I’m seeing, even just on a casual level (I’m not looking for a serious relationship right now). I want to make sure that I’m spending a more significant amount of time focused on myself. Any tips or tricks on fighting these lonely thoughts and embracing a season of singlehood?
