I had a decent weekend planned. Laundry, maybe some dishes, lots of roller derby watching (there’s a pretty major tournament happening in Oregon right now, and they stream all three tracks)...

Last night, my acid reflux flared up so hard I threw up. Spent most of the day in bed to catch up on sleep or on the couch (at least I can still watch derby).

When I was diagnosed with GERD, my doctor said something about how people with mental illness - especially anxiety - usually have stomach problems, because that’s where you carry your worries. Makes sense.

So this is your Self Care Thread. I’mma try to find something to eat that won’t make me ralph.
