How is Hopkins "just barely" on the right side of the law? I think that this is an excellent article.... but why would you make a claim like this about Hopkins without providing evidence... or at the very least a clear explaination of why you think that he is 'just barely" on the right side of the law?

    Great point so let me be really clear: I was talking about how Hopkins is marketed, as opposed to who he is. The executioner's mask, the Puerto Rico incident, all of it. He's marketed as a sinister, scary character. That's why his criminal record from WAAAAAYYY back when adds credibility to his storyline.

    To be 100% clear, I have no reason to think Hopkins has broken so much as a speed limit since he was released from jail 283 years ago.
