Vote: Paprika (iOS/Android/OS X/Kindle/Nook)

Why: If you don't mind spending a couple of bucks, Paprika gives you that web-clipping experience combined with smart grocery lists, cross-device syncing so you can take those lists and recipes with you to the store, and even interactive tools to help you get through your dish in the kitchen, like cooking timers and photos (among other tips.)

The app also has a built-in meal planning tool that helps you build monthly menus (or weekly, whichever you prefer) based on the recipes you've saved, or what you'd like to eat. You can even rate the recipes you've created so you know later whether you want to try them again. It's surprisingly powerful, but it will set you back $5 for each mobile device you want to use it with (not including $20 for the OS X app.)
