    My microwave is also a convection over. This seems like it would be a great dessert option for when I have a little dinner party. 6 ramekins would fit easily. It can be prepped before dinner to pop in 20 minutes before dessert time.

    I’m always looking for ideas because I have one friend who doesn’t like cake.

      I do. He says it’s a texture issue. I just let it be his loss, he’s missing out some great cakes I make.

    Fer cryin’ out loud.....stop wasting time and expending a lot of effort for a cookie.  Just go to the store and buy a package of Oreos/Soft Batch/Chewy Chips Ahoy/whatever floats your boat and do a number on ‘em.  Problem solved, and you can eat some on the way home while you’re at it.

      Listen, just because a package of stale Oreos is God’s gift to humanity, and I reap incredible profits when Nabisco shares shoot up, does not make me a CEO. I’m gunning for that job; I’m an Assistant to the Assistant Director of Taste and Texture Development right now, so there!
