i am so infuriated and frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Imagine if President Obama had done 1/3rd of what this prick has done?

What do we do? How do we hold this piece of shit accountable? There is so much corruption with this guy and yet nothing happens. Nothing. He just keeps getting away with it.  I just feel so despondent at this point.

I’m trying to decide if I should place my money on “Trump’s ass has been broke since the 80s” or “Trump owes money to the Russian mob” or maybe both somehow?

It’s both. Trust me. Work in finance in NYC and I can tell you he’s been unable to get a loan from a US Bank since 1997. How do I know this? I was working at Citibank in The Private Banking division when he tried to get a loan for a new property. The exact words from the finance division were “Never, ever should anyone loan that lowlife cocksucker one fucking dime.” He’s a fucking crook and the only reason he is desperate to stay in office is the minute he becomes a private citizen again The SDNY will be coming for that ass with a vengeance.

For anyone that thinks this man is some sort of great businessman or real leader you need to have your ass beat. He’s been a punk and a phony since he slimed his way onto the social scene of NY in the 80's. He fucked up The USFL. Let me repeat that, this so called great businessman single handily took down the one thing he was involved in that was a guaranteed money maker. We keep saying that history will not be kind to those enabling him and The GOP to that I answer why not? They and this fat fuck grow more brazen each day. Time to really worry about the 2020 election as this fat prick may decide to shut it down if the poll numbers don’t meet his liking

Thank you. Now he’s turned Bolton loose on Iran. So there will be another war that poor black folk, latinos and white folk will fight while they’re at home with their kids safe and sound.

Nancy Pelosi is damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t. If she impeaches, McConnell is not going to put it on the floor. If she doesn’t, progressives will be mad and won’t come out to vote next year. So it is moot.

don’t engage with it. it’s pointless. it has clearly gulped from the fox news/q-anon conspiracy fountain. no rational discussion can be had. which is part of the fucking problem with our fucking country right now.

Idiots like this is why trump is president.because there has been no reason the justice department couldn’t investigate the Dems under sessions. They didn’t because there is t anything there.

As opposed to the mueller report.

Fortune notes that the move by Trump’s team to try and carry favor with voters by painting Democrats as the enemy of the state could backfire as the White House’s refusal to turn over documents could lead voters to believe that he’s got something to hide.

It’s cool though;New York State is in the midst of passing a bill that would allow the release of his state taxes, which would be close enough to his federal ones to give an accurate idea of what he’s (been) up to.

And he can’t stop that one.

Trump’s advisers have been pushing him to defy congressional investigations in hopes of luring Democrats into escalating a fight that they say will turn voters against the party in the 2020 elections.

This is a miscalculation on their part. It’s true that a solid majority of people don’t think impeachment proceedings should start straight away, but it’s also true that a majority of people are totally fine with a Congressional investigation and Congress having broader overall transparency into what the White House and Trump are doing.

The only people who are going to see this as a “victory lap” for Trump are people who are going to already vote for him.  Aside from that, all this looks like is someone whose got something to hid.  And that can, and will backfire against him.

For those not up on their parliamentary procedures, the president can NOT just declare something is under executive privilege (Nixon tried this, it failed).

There is no way that the entire report can be covered by executive privilege if most of it was released. And the fact that the doj asked the president to declare it, in itself, is telling.

But it is nice to know the of Lincoln and the constitution have embraced it so hard here.

That’s not even a photoshopped image with DJT & the coloring book, is it? (sigh) Probably Easter with the various kids invited to the White House, but still - do something fun with those colors, guy! (then again, thinking back to Xmas when Melania decorated the WH with blood colored cranberry-trees.. maybe stick to what you know)

I want him gone. He is nothing more than a trouble maker that has divided this country and placed bullseyes on the backs of all us minorities. We don’t know what we’re going to get when we go out the door to go about our day.

I can understand that he needs to be impeached. I want that more than anything. But I got to thinking about what the House Speaker stated. He wants to be impeached where he can have something to run on in 2020.

See he knows that McConnell, his Senate enabler, will not even put the vote to the floor to convict because he knows that it will pass because some of his own party would vote to get him out.

I say we stay strong and just collect evidence via the courts. Work to get the Senate and keep the House in 2020 and then lower the boom on him if he is re-elected or not.

Trump advisers are very, very dumb. If impeachment proceedings begin then yes, they would offer a distraction from the primaries but 1 or 2 great performances by any of the Dem candidates could easily solidify a solid run for election.  Dems get free air time, get to stand up against the Trump WH & admin, get to drive home issues with all the hypocrisy, crime, lies, and ties to Russia.  Trump advisers are IDIOTS if they think impeachment proceedings are any kind of win for their side.
