To be fair, there is a huge difference between:
- Turn off that n—— music..... and
- Turn off that music, you are playing it so loudly that I can hear the artist say ‘n——’ even though you are using earphones. That is a word I don’t want to hear in my office.
Both are bad and wrong, but the first one is about 1,000X worse that the second.

There is no reason or excuse for a white person (or anyone who is not black frankly) to ever use that word. Don’t care if it’s in an explanation, a direct quote, that word is evil and should not be coming from our mouths at all. That he thought this was acceptable is telling. He has no business educating children.
