Even Kim is out there making Trump look like a bitch. He had the US pay Best Korea $2 million for returning Otto Warmbier. Trump paid what was basically a ransom and touted it as a win, even though they basically tortured Warmbier to the edge of death before they released him for him to die not long after.

My preferred name for him lately is Mango Unchained.

Yep, the fact that they are talking tough today but not holding the vote until Wednesday is all the proof you need.

    1. Trump’s DoJ and AG state Trump is exonerated in a highly redacted summary; then the AG declares he made the decision that no criminal findings are in the report.

    2. The AG refuses to let the investigator speak to congress during a lot of convictions and ongoing counter intel ops.

Trump is actively running with criminals and refuses any checks and balances. He still tries the rich man’s law bluff at every move, including he personal and laughable law suit with Elijah Cummings.

This situation is literally the definition of a constitutional crisis.

Following this latest grievous violation of all things civil, legal, and logical from the White House, Nancy Pelosi has promised that the Democrats will swiftly move to:

Look into considering the option, of forming a group, to discuss beginning the process of, deciding whether they should proceed, with convening a committee, to debate the possibility, of meeting to... Draft a sternly worded letter.

    Yep, sounds about right.

This type of brinkmanship will lead to conflict. The Republicans are not smart enough to know when they their limit. You cannot let this idiot loose and think you can control him. He is not party over country; he is himself over everyone else.  People are literally dying.

Nadler said he would put the contempt proceedings on hold if the Justice Department engages in a “good-faith” effort to give Democrats access to the requested information.

I wonder what Nadler will do when the last recourse is arrests.

I’d argue we are already there, but clearly Congress disagrees. I hope he mapped out what to do/say when his initial order to imprison someone gets ignored.

Odds are a member of the ‘Hillary camp’ will see jail before any person who rejects congressional subpoenas.
