    Jesus Christ, who “stays in touch” with a FOUR-YEAR-OLD? How was that not an immediate and obvious warning sign to everyone in either of these peoples’ lives? Yes, I get it—we live in a culture that implicitly condones and enables this shit, but still!

      I can see situations where staying in touch isn’t a bad thing, depending on the person, and especially if they’re going through difficult times (say he met the four year old when she was being treated for cancer and he stayed in touch to keep her spirits up and help in some way).

      Then again, most people know not to send dick pics to a minor...

    That response from the mother is also really not a good look. Because, yes, I’m sure the 13 yo girl really has a long history falsely accusing men of inappropriate sexual behavior going back since she was all of 4 yo and they first “kept in touch.” Terrible.

      You are so correct.

      Still, I think we should generally give close friends and family a lot of room when they’re confronted with the possibility that their loved one is horrible.

      That sort of shock, grief and doubt could make anyone act stupid for a while.

    I’m not saying that I believe this version at all but from the comments on Angel Massey’s instagram their claim is that Cory was having a sexual relationship with the mother starting when he was a minor and sent her the dick pics and now the mother is claiming these were sent to her daughter to extort money. It should be pretty easy to prove who’s telling the truth with phone records.
