    Better than not realeasing it I suppose but ultimately it’s all the same if the outcome is they investigate themselves for a year and then clear themselves of any wrongdoing.

      Police departments should not be allowed to investigate themselves. “Internal Affairs” is just a Get Out of Jail Free card for cops. (I would have said “pigs,” but I doubt thin fried strips of their belly meat would taste anywhere near as good.) They need to be investigated by other departments, or the FBI. (And then the FBI’s wrongdoings need to be investigated by the RCMP.)
