here should be sufficient funding provided—on day one

I can just imagine being a processor sitting in that federal office on day one, looking at a stack 100,000 applications for funding, 95%+ of which are not filled out correctly or, worse, wholly fraudulent. Talk about a good market for your product.

Setting up public financing for the businesses of regular citizens is tricky, complicated work that’s very hard to do correctly and without fraud when even when it’s collateralized debt financing they’re obligated to pay back, such as with the SBA. Equity financing for business startups would be even more challenging to pull off.

Yeah, can’t argue with your points. Just wanted to add that every application will probably have a $500 fee lol

The 10-point program should be added to every legalization bill. I’m going to hit up my state representative.

Tucky Blunt? Surely that is not the name his parents bestowed upon him.

This all sounds good and all, but come on, we’re talking about politicians and the black community, which means they won’t care about such things.

And funneling tax revenue to communities harmed by the war on the wacky weed? I can hear the republicans screaming “Reparations” and “affirmative action!” already.
