I think he believes he is being provocative like a Howard Stern or something - only without the humor or good sense to know not to do that shit if you are a “news personality.” I can’t say fuck his bitch-ass fast or hard enough. Where is Monique Pressley, Esq. to handle his rapist adjacent bitch-ass? He has daughters (or at least one) not that this a requirement for knowing what is the human angle to take on the issue of sex with children - but you would think that someone with his intelligence (he is smart enough to know what he is doing) would know this take is worthy of public shunning. Fuck this dude with a gasoline-powered cattle prod.

I hope she goes on his show to continue to do God’s work as with this example:

I have never hated a person I have never met so much that didn’t have the name Trump or Zimmerman

He didn’t even need daughters to humanize the issue. Because when he started talking like this, the shock jock who’s history is, to put it in the most benign way possible, “checkered,” was like “Dude, you are disgusting, child marriage is like rape only with more premeditation.”

      Here’s the exact conversation:

ARLSON: Look, just to make it absolutely clear. I am not defending underage marriage at all. I just don’t think it’s the same thing exactly as pulling a child from a bus stop and sexually assaulting that child.

CO-HOST: Yeah, it’s — you know what it is? It’s much more planned out and plotted.

THE LOVE SPONGE: Yeah, it should be almost — you almost should put a premeditation —

CARLSON: Wait, wait! Hold on a second. The rapist, in this case, has made a lifelong commitment to love and take care of the person, so it is a little different. I mean, let’s be honest about it.

      CO-HOST: That’s twisted.

So this is the end right? I mean I know that white women in The GOP and that most white women Trump voters have no self esteem but this needs to be the end of this mediocre, talent deprived bag of phlegm correct? Oh no of course not, Fox will trot out hundreds of blond, willfully ignorant fembots to defend this shit. I’m sure Meghan “the only reason I’m not making it rain at Sugar Daddy’s is my last name is” McCain will no doubt back up his shit because well in her own words she’s a Republican. I keep thinking that in 2016 the world ended, nobody told us and that this is hell.

After “Grab’em by the pussy” became leader of the free world, pretty much anything became excusable.

I’m reading Fear: Trump in the White House by Bob Woodward right now and they really thought the Access Hollywood tape would be the end. All the staffers were like “This is it, you fucked up, drop out or you’re going to lose in a humiliating landslide.” And as we know, that did not happen. A woman is on Al Gore’s internet wearing a homemade shirt that says “Trump can grab my” with an arrow pointing down to her crotch.

If Fox News fires him it’ll be because he’s become a legal and/or financial liability, not because they think what he said was wrong.

Anyone who needed these decades-old tapes to realize that ChickenFucker Tucker Carson is trash, is most likely trash themselves.

That said, I hope this clings to him like herpes.

Carlson’s daughter who attends a boarding school, had this to say: “If it weren’t my daughter I would love that scenario.”

I suspect this is not a quote from Carlson’s daughter.

Carlson and Trump both have this fetish. I guess birds of an I want to fuck my daughter feather flock together.

To be fair, it isn’t only Fox News schtick. The conversation around the Central American exodus - and I won’t call it caravans because its members have renounced the term - has been awful on many fronts. Sure, there have been exceptions, but even the term migration misses the point - as though Hondurans’ fleeing a narco-dictatorship are immigrants in the vein of Norwegian-Americans.

I sometimes think about how Tucker Carlson used to work at MSNBC and how the Left wasn’t really willing to call him out until he became as brazenly racist and sexist as he is now, in the name of...what? Lazy intellectualism? The ego boost that we, as a society, are obligated to give the fragile, blustering middle-aged white man?

He just looks so goddamn goofy on his show that it’s hard to understand how anyone takes him seriously.

    And he’s allowed this....because....he’s a white guy.

Pretty much. I guess for the greys in the back who’ll admittedly jump on this as THIS IS RACIST (right): stuff like this is exactly the “sounds about white” meme is right for. I don’t have to say #NotAllWhiteDudes to signify that, no, I don’t mean all white guys. What is being said is that it mocks a certain type of white person, usually privileged, who hides behind the image of the upstanding, morally righteous, person to get away with shady as shit. And when they’re caught, rather than give a sincere apology and actually try to learn from his/her mistakes, it usually goes like this:

That they’re actualy really good people, who just had an offday or weren’t themselves.
That they actually didn’t really say what you thought they said
Or like Calson here, will pull a Trump and be pompous ass about it.

Because at the end of the day, they know they’ll get away with it, because we let them.

I don’t know how much it will hurt him, but he will lose sponsors for this, because this vile even by Fox News standards, particularly since most of this shit was directed at white women and girls.

Had this been primarily attacks against minority women and girls, I’d dismiss the idea of this have very many consequences, but he’s largely talking about women who look like the female reporters at Fox and their daughters.
