This is the worst season of Putin’s American Boy ever.

I think that it is the best season. And Mueller is the cliffhanger! This is infinitely better than “who shot J.R.?”.

After he is removed from office, along with everyone in his administration, and Congress who was complicit in our Democracy getting gangbanged from Putin the last few years--let us publicly execute these traitorous fools. Sharpen the guillotines now, make new ones with lasers, do what needs to be done so that this never happens again.

I don’t know, isn’t the guillotine too quick? These motherfuckers like nooses can’t we just string them up like that dude in Hannibal?

Eh, quick, and effective. Laser guillotine might even cauterize the wound and minimize messy cleanup. I want a televised spectacle, but not the latest Mortal Kombat.

Let him veto. The egg will still be on the face of the lazy corrupt racist orange santorum-covered enemy of the people. Of course, the egg will be a challenge to distinguish from the pallid orange spray-tan.

Then let the pressure build on Republicans to overturn the veto.

The question: will Republican senators stiffen their spines and vote to support the institution of the senate and its powers and prerogatives? Or will they remove their spines from their bodies, show their craven support for the Frothy One, and thereby betray the Constitution and their vows?

Your assuming they had spines in the first place.

You can’t remove what was never there.

I don’t understand why the impostor in the White House is even allowed to veto a measure passed in DIRECT opposition of one of his orders. That’s like a CEO electing to drastically change his company in some way, but when the board of directors says no, he overturns it and goes through with the changes anyway. WTF happened to checks and balances? He’s not a goddamn dictator (yet).

    Also, he’s still on this:

Trump wants $8.6 billion in new wall funding, setting up fresh battle with Congress

And the four Republican votes in the Senate are rumored to be more than that. We’ll see.

He is SO bad at this.

He has promised to veto the present measure.

With all due respect, why does the press continue to present the statements of this administration, as if they have any direct relation to what they actually mean, their plans, or objective reality, for that matter?

You make an excellent point. I would be thrilled if I could just read the article about what the Senate is doing and at the end just a * leading to a note that says something like “He will probably be vetoing.” With a picture of something pleasant as the header.

I wonder if he’s as afraid to veto something as he is to fire somebody in person.
