Having lived there.. blackest doesn’t make it the best..

I’ve lived in a number of cities in the US (Atlanta being one of them.. well.. Sandy Springs, Stone Mountain, Buckhead, but you get the idea) as well as many outside the US. (the list is too long to mention).. and Atlanta is.. ok.. nothing great. It’s nice to see more “familiar” faces.. but outside of that.. meh.

“Takes” the title? Have they ever relinquished it? Atlanta is blacker than San Antonio is white. The south sure prides itself on it’s racial divides.

Don’t you mean “than San Antonio is brown”? Known way more for its hispanic culture.

Well, Detroit came in at number 2. With the post-2009 influx of gentrifiers and the embarrassment that was Kwame Kilpatrick, we ain’t as Black as we were.

Hell, even our outfits ain’t as coordinated as they once were...

But don’tchall ever forget...Motown BUILT the Black Middle Class and every car you ever made out in, cruised in or even felt smooth driving in! We’ve braved cold, grey days, back-breaking hard work, virulent up North racism and potholes so big they swallow your car but don’t ever count us out! As Detroit goes for Black people, so goes the nation!

    I rebuke this.

Like, how y’all going to call that giant suburb a “city” and keep a straight face? ;)
