The woman claims that the incident happened in February 2017. She filed a restraining order against him in February 2019.

Wondering if more details will be released telling of how Bibby acted towards the teacher in between Feb 2017 & Feb 2019.

Like was there a paper trail of complaints. Just read NY post’s story & it said that the teacher said 2 other employees witnessed Bibby who smelled of alcohol assaulting her/groping & grinding against her once she got away from his car & he grabbed her again by the school where 2 teachers saw & did nothing to help her. Also reported that Bibby came to her class to apologize & saying he wanted to date her. She turned him down & told him to stay away.

Just by reading this article on here you’d assume after the assault that he never came near her again...until you read that she filed the restraining order in 2019.

You’d automatically question that he must’ve tried something again or retaliated in some way in closer to the beginning of 2019.
