Soooo burying part of the lede ;-) Part of the space will be for nonprofits. This is so necessary. We also struggle with rent and facility costs and we need to be embedded with the communities we serve. Affordable housing always needs its companion - access to social services. Families need daycare, behavioral health support, etc. Its not just about making something affordable. Families need to make rent yes but long term success means ensuring that families have the support to stay housed!

Amazing that Queen Latifah is behind this cuz so many people dont get it. Love her.
