I’m not a fan, but also not “not a fan.” I just don’t know their music. My intro to them was RZA who I think is a friend (ish?) of a couple of DJs (Laszlo and Aphentra) in Kansas City on an alternative station. He would show up on their various shows, he recorded the rules for a few of their games. It was always a bit of a question mark to me, this station absolutely did not play Wu Tang. He seemed like a cool guy with a great sense of humor so I will definitely keep an eye out for this doc.

They really do cross cultural lines. My husband is a big fan. Other fave artists include Foetus and Elton John so I thought it was just him but I’m glad to see it’s not.

I grew up in Texas, so copping a WU vinyl was a lot like finding something exotic. But they changed the way I perceived and listened to music.

Thanks, I loved this.  There’s really nothing like the Wu.  Can’t wait to see the documentary.

Wu tang is the best. I grew up with them and have seen them twice in concert. Always good shows and highly entertaining. Actually one show was the best concert I have ever been to.
