You think it pisses people off to know you spent $55 dollars for something worth 2 bucks and that warns them you’re trash?

No, please wear that dunce cap 24/7 no matter where you go and long after Trump.

The RNC is Trump’s personal ATM, they have stopped funding most GOP candidates in favor of paying for the legal fees incurred by those being questioned by Mueller. Hope Hicks, Don Junior and others that are part of his “family” are not paying for those fees.

...anything you purchase from their online store is “considered a donation to the Trump Make America Great Again Committee,”

Boy does that phrasing sound trustworthy.

It’s probably cool, because Trump probably definitely doesn’t get a cut for them licensing his name or anything.

Can someone explain to me the outrage this has caused? Because I guess I’m just too stupid to understand.

Are there idiots out there who think somehow the GOP or the RNC hasn’t been suckling Trump’s teet for two years?

I wouldn’t call it outrage, exactly. More like another easy opportunity to dunk on the GOP for being completely craven and shitty. At least that’s what most of the tweeters quoted above seem to be doing.

Yeah I am confused as well. They say it’s a “conflict of interest” but like...what’s the conflict? Is the RNC not going to support their sitting president?

There’s a reason Lord Dampnut announced he was running for re-election back in February. Those perpetual fundraisers he goes on aren’t just to rally the New Brownshirts or to stroke his delicate little ego, y’know!

I believe his new campaign slogan is “WHAT emoluments clause?”

Sorry dude,  it he files the paperwork on Inauguration Day! He wasn’t going to waste a dollar of possible campaign money flowing in.

I’m just wondering how the GOP considered his candidates for the Supreme Court since judges can’t be confirmed during campaign season.

Sure, no conflict of interest going on here. When exactly did the GOP sell their souls?

Ah! Well, we all know how great the Trumps are at handling donation money! He’s getting sued for these skills right now, as a matter of fact.

I mean, I imagine the DNC must have done this at one time with Obama. Joint fundraising accounts between a president and a political party are not rare things. In fact, presidential nominees usually take over at least part of the party apparatus; I believe the DNC was temporarily moved to Chicago in 2008 to coordinate with the Obama campaign, even. It’s not a “conflict of interest.”

    All that said...
