    You should schedule a six-month alternating (such that it’s halfway between 100's) Root 50 conference that celebrates “black mediocrity,” which I’m pretty sure would largely mean in-jokes and politicians you dislike.

      We usually just sum that up in an end-of-year “Worst of...” post. Those people aren’t worth the budget.

      I mean, this would probably be a bar night in which people bring displays/props devoted to thoroughly unimpressive achievements and shout out awards in the Russian toast manner (Russians drink by yelling out specific and original toasts to things before everyone downs a shot, such that they will yell out everything one could possibly think to celebrate, although apparently a “classic” toast is a twisting tale that somehow ends with the moral “drink!”).
