    While this is obviously a police-concerted effort to discredit the victim and help their fellow goosestepper, it actually highlights a totally different scenario: one in which an individual is peacefully smoking herb in their apartment, chilling out, and another, in a drunken “legal” rage and complete disregard for anyone else’s safety attempting to illegally enter said peaceful individual’s apartment to kill them. Sorry, LE: you still look bad.

    Rule #1 in the aftermath of any unjustified killing of a Black person by law enforcement is that the victim must be “dirtied up”. There can be no “innocent” Black victims regardless of circumstance. And the mainstream media is reliably and completely complicit with police in making sure that this happens.

    1. Presence does not indicate ownership. Marijuana, it’s definitely a plant, and may also be a plant.
    2. If he had been of Middle Eastern descent, they would say there were bomb making materials (aka: household cleaners under the sink and plumbing pipes - likely in the walls, but whatever) in his apartment.
    3. Never mind that shooting into a dark room at an unidentified target is completely and utterly the wrong tactic, even if it turns out later that it was a known criminal mastermind/escaped felon/evil overlord that got killed.
