    For those of you who don't know how this plays out, cause you ain't seen this movie before, the white chick walks free, Justice is never served, and Botham Jean's family wins a massive civil suit.  But it never brings Botham back, and it never changes the outcome for another Black person.  This country is fucked up.

      Also: Oh, god, he had marijuana?! *clutches pearls* You mean the same as, like, every other household in America these days?

      I don’t even live in a state where it’s legal for more than medical use and I can’t walk down the street without smelling it coming from someone’s house or as they walk by. I’m more surprised when I encounter someone with a cigarette.

    This story has more holes in it than Swiss cheese. He’s got a bright red rug in front of his apartment, she has a potted plant. In another article I read the door could not be ajar since the door automatically closes so the door could not be open, she has a dog why was there no barking or noise from it running around once she got to the door.  When she was on the phone to 911 she had to go look to see where she was because she doesn’t know what apartment she lives in?  This fish stinks from the head.

      I was surprised to see on Twitter the other dsy, that the NRA threw her under the bus. They’re using him as a way to push for more guns. Claiming if he had a gun to defend himself, he’d be alive. It’s already been a few days, but I’ll see if I can track down the original tweet.

    Here’s a quiz for everyone to mull over!

    Let’s reverse the “story” here. Jean comes home late, tired from a long day. “Parks on the wrong level” (question, did they verify she parked on the wrong level?). Goes to the wrong door with an incorrect door mat(another question, was her apartment directly below his? ). Attempts to enter, somehow gets in (we are still not sure how), and shoots down a female police officer in her apartment. Police show up and he claims he thought he was in his apartment.

    Now, in this circumstance, does black man Jean go an entire morning without being interviewed by the police? Does he get charged with just manslaughter? Is her apartment searched looking for, what, we don’t know?

    And does he get charged with just manslaughter? And do people around the situation spend a lot of time trying to figure out why he did this, was it because he was tired, overworked? Parked on the wrong level?

    Or would judge Jeanine already have proclaimed he must be dealt with? The talking heads whistling to dogs about all lives mattering, and blue lives mattering, and was this a hit?

    And yet, no one in the MSM or even trump news have mentioned the fact that, apparently in America, a black man is not even safe in his own home from police violence. Or that another black person is dead by the hand of yet another poor excuse for a police officer.

    Previously I had shared what turned out to be inaccurate rumors about them dating.  However, Guyger lives directly below Jean, and had made previous noise complaints about him, including on the day she killed him. That would explain why she was banging on his door demanding he open up.  

    A neighbor directly adjacent to Jean posted pics on Twitter of his front door. It has a distinctive bright red half-moon shaped doormat, and the apartment number is illuminated. There’s no mistaking it for another apartment. In addition, Guyger has a plant outside of her apartment. If Guyger were not a cop, I’d say she was going to the big house for an extended stay.

      They were looking for their reason. He was an upstanding and church going citizen. Gainfully employed. They had to have something to slander him with, make it look better when blue Barbie gets let off with a slap on a wrist and the city refuses pay out because she was off the clock.

      No, it’s rational. The clip of him being wheeled out with a medic on the gurney tells me he probably was alive when EMT arrived.

      Doubt the shooter tried to administer CPR, so I’m left wondering if she could have helped salvage her tucked up shoot, but chose not to.

      Eeverything about this should make you angry.
