      I remember when that place opened (I still call it the MCI Center), yet I’ve never been there. I’m okay with my first and only venture being Michelle Obama.

      I would love to see this but I just don’t do massive events where you can’t see the stage and have to watch on the giant screens instead. I wish she would do 3 nights in each city, in smaller venues, rather than one night at a massive one. It’s the same for concerts, having them in stadiums and massive arenas just defeats the purpose of a live experience. And the fact that they’re billing this as an ‘intimate conversation with Michelle Obama’ is fucking ridiculous. I would love to see this at the Kennedy Center.

    Cool; judging from speeches and statements, both Obama’s are measured, eloquent, thoughtful,and entertaining writers.
