He then brought up President Obama, saying he had “a massive campaign violation” but “he had a different attorney general and they viewed it a lot differently. You know we have somebody that they seem to like to go after a lot of Republicans. But he settled his very easily. In fact I put that out very recently. So Obama had it, other people have it, almost everybody that runs for office has campaign violations

What the fuck is he talking about?

This (can we even call it a sentence?) in particular has me pondering the possibility we’re seeing amphetamine-mediated neurotoxicity.

      It makes absolutely no sense.

He’s making reference to the fact that the FEC fined the Obama campaign for some misfiled stuff. Stuff that was NOT a crime, just late filing, etc... because it only rises to the level of a crime if it’s a willful/deliberate attempt to conceal it.

It’s a classic Trump/Republican/etc whataboutism, in attempt to change the conversation or pretend that this isn’t anything bad, because OF COURSE Obama/Hillary/Democrats/Liberals/etc are the REAL villains here.

Here are unemployment claims for the past 14 years and projections a bit into the future. I intentionally cut out the dates.

Someone give Trump a crayon and ask him to draw a circle where he think his administration started to have a real impact.

Trump told Earhardt that he has always had controversy in his life, and he’s always succeeded, and he’s always won.

You know, I’m a mediocre white guy too. I’m sure I’ve Dunning-Krugered a few times. Why haven’t I failed upwards like this chuckle head? Do I gotta be born rich?

Sadly, there’s some truth to it. Better (and clearly far more educated) have been sideline because of some shit he’s done and been able to maintain his job to date.

    very poor eh???

like the Nearly 51 million households don’t earn enough to afford a monthly budget that includes housing, food, child care, health care, transportation and a cell phone

or the Some 66% of jobs in the US pay less than $20 an hour.

my home town, in Seattle’s King County, the annual household survival budget for a family of four (including one infant and one preschooler) in 2016 was nearly $85,000. This would require an hourly wage of $42.46. But in Washington State, only 14% of jobs pay more than $40 an hour.

Wow, he shows he is an idiot everyday yet the GOP does nothing to remove him from the office.  Maybe with all the stress he will suffer a heart attack and become incapacitated.  I want him a coma so Pence does not become POTUS.

According to the movie Dave (with the lip-challenged Kevin Kline and a Philly-sporting Ving Rhames,) an incapacitated president means that the Vice President - in this case Evil Race Bannon - is sworn in as president. Which, in our case, would result in married couples separating their beds while sleeping and removing all-spices that generate tastes from foods.

It’s worth watching the entire interview just to see the lengths he and his inflated ego are willing to go to give the impression that he is a good president.

I can’t. I’ll take your word for it. I’ve heard him before and the way he rationalizes and makes stuff up and... I just can’t.

Good for you! I’m trying, but when 9/10 news stories have something to do with trump, what he said, what he twitted, whatever someone else has to say about trump... ugh, it’s hard.

Maybe I should try the ‘no-news-challenge’ (I just made that up!) and stop looking at news altogether. In some ways I’m addicted, I want to know what else is happening in the world. Maybe some Tide Pods will help me.

To which Trump replied, “Kim Jong Un!”

[Laughs were then had, because it combined a racist joke with a fat joke... and everyone hates Kim. So win-win-win. So much winning.]

Well it’s clear (to me at least) Trump doesn’t understand the stock market. On Wednesday at the closing bell, it’s been the longest running bull market, which began under *gasp* President Obama.

Most of the stocks that have driven this market are in tech industry and a majority of the stocks are far exceeding their p/e ratio.

So, I think the market will shake this fool off like bad dandruff should he be impeached.
