I’m assuming at some point he must’ve exposed himself to this little girl in order to urinate on her. In order for a man to urinate on someone he has to pull his penis out. So where are the sexual assault charges? There has to be some kind of indecent exposure charges he can face.

You are correct about “charges if any”, it seems it only qualifies as a felony “Assault with bodily fluids” if you do it to a Police Officer, or to any staff or volunteer as a prisoner. This may qualify as misdemeanor battery.
I hope they throw on a “Ethnic Intimidation” charge (seems to be Michigan’s version of a Hate Crime Enhancement), so he can serve “No more than 2 years” or pay a 5k fine, or both.
I guess they can charge him with Indecent Exposure and Public Urination, both misdemeanors. Maybe they can make the sentences (If any) consecutive with no parole.

I’ve spent one night in jail. It was when some skinhead motherfucker spit on my friend’s mixed race daughter when she was a toddler. There were two of us and six of them and we wrecked fucking shop. Police arrested us, of course, but DA didn’t charge and we were out by morning. I hope someone fucks this guy up.

KTLA interviewed Katrena Rapier, the mother of the victim and the 2 children who witnessed the alleged crime. “She came in the house and she was wet, like soaking wet, and I’m asking her what happened but she was afraid to tell me because she thought she was going to get in trouble,” Rapier said. “And then I called my boys because I knew they’d tell me and then they said the guy said ‘stupid N-word’ and started peeing on her.”
The children were in the alley playing hide and seek, when Dean came from hiding behind a bush. He was charged with felony sex offense excluding assault and commercializing, KUTV reports.
I am ill reading this. And to think people were coming here yesterday crying mental illness for the guy. Shut the whole fuck up...forever.
Hand him over to the neighborhood. I’m not sure the justice system will be adequate for this one.

These children may not have been physically injured but I guarantee you that they were all severely traumatized. This is something that they will never forget.
I hope that proper counselling is being provided to all of the children and their parents.
