    It’ll end up being a hung jury. There will end up being a radicalized GOPer or two on it who see it as their divine duty to protect GOP policy and to wage their holy war against the libs. That is just where we are now, we’ve seen it with cops and soldiers for a while but now it is spreading outwards. I don’t know how to stop it either, short of deliberately stacked juries; and that won’t work because most on the left are not willing to admit we are in a culture war and losing it, yet.

      It’s because when they jury select they dismiss Black jurors at an exaggerated rate, due to perceived bias against cops or white defendants or perception of too much (any) sympathy for Black defendants.

      I fear you may be correct. This morning, the jury in Manafort’s trial asked the judge what would happen if they couldn’t come to a consensus on even one of the eighteen counts.

    Willfully neglects to provide public info about potentially fatal disease outbreak in their water.

    Give him a charge of attempted murder for each citizen over 60 yrs old.

    I can’t speak to the crimes he is being accused of, but when this cat gets out of jail, he needs to be cast IMMEDIATELY as a villain in the next Batman movie.
