  i have no doubt either, and i have even less doubt that there will be any real repercussions when it happens. hasn’t his whole presidency been graded on the single greatest curve in known history? there’s no level of depravity of evil that he can sink to (or reveal) that this country doesn’t seem to allow for and explain away.

The fact that the President of the United States is on Twitter calling a woman of color a “dog” is one of those moments where you have to step back and realize that this is actually happening, and that this is real, and that it cannot be allowed to be “normal.”

Uh, calling pretty much every Black person he meets (aside from sycophants) “low IQ” and this new “Omarosa is a mad dog!” narrative, makes me more/still certain that there is an audio or video tape with him N-bombing, and that he doesn’t view women as people.
Funnily enough, my kids have a Leapfrog tablet, and one of the games is expressing the proper “good friend” or empathetic response to a series of issues that Scout, Violet, Eli and Tad have. Celebrating accomplishments together, hugging a sad friend, helping, etc. No way in Hell Trump can finish that game with 100% correct responses.

  He views woman (white) women as human but useful in a limited sense, so long as it benefits him.
  He views women (black) as subhuman/non-human tools to be used at his disposal, and like any tool, once their usefulness is at an end, to be disposed of quickly.
  Its a thin line, but one more valued servant, one is slave.
  Neither is great, but at least one has your back (at times), the other has your boot (all the time).

I find myself posting a similar comment at least twice a week on various Kinja sites.... It’s a damn shame. I look at all white women with side-eye... but I digress.
Omarosa is messy as hell; won’t by her garbage book because she took the job with that blubbering heap of melting chewing gum, knowing full-well he was racist, sexist, unhinged slob. And let’s not forget her admonition in 2016 that we would be “bowing down to President Trump....” Dumb-ass. But I am glad she is giving him the business.... So glad!

  It’s actually easier than most people think to steal and distribute a Kindle file from a PC or Mac - look for the .mobi extention. Google will tell you which Kindle uses they by default.

Only 58% of the voting population showed up in the last presidential election. I often wonder (not that it matters now) how many of those people stayed home because they were convinced there was no way this man was going to win. I wonder if the Democratic party didn’t work hard enough to scare people into realizing that the numbers were nowhere near as cut and dry as we had thought. Or maybe those no shows would have done nothing but seal our fate even further. I guess we’ll never know.

  I’m betting a lot. Younger dems had it drilled into their heads that she was going to win. Every news station said trump had no chance of winning. They were mad about Bernie Sanders and figured she still would win without their support. I’m not even sure Republicans that voted for him thought he would win, to them it was a protest vote but they forgot they weren’t a third party.

  If you stay home and don’t vote, nobody is to blame except you for not voting. If you can’t get out to vote, you can mail in your ballot. So many people that wanted to vote were disingenuously excluded from the process. (The thousands that were made to jump through unnecessary hoops. My wife with a bullshit felony drug conviction.) They must have nothing but disgust for those that have that privilege and abused that privilege. Why do you need to be scared into exercising the most basic fundamental right?

This should be surprising to noone especially to Omarosa herself. Even though I will never admit this in real life, I watched the whole first season of the Apprentice which she was on. I was pretty young and never really was into the whole reality show competition, but I found the first season of the Apprentice to be riveting and racist as fuck. Trump with the editing painted Omarosa as a complete monster, I am pretty sure he called her “an animal” at a certain point. Here is this seemingly accomplished woman who reduced to a stereotype of “angry, disruptive” black woman. How could she go on to get a regular job after being considered “one of the greatest villians” of reality tv? Oh yeah, at the end the last two contestants were a black guy (Kwame Jackson) who graduated from Harvard business school and a white guy (Bill Rancic) who owned a online cigar website. Based on what you know about Trump, guess who the winner was?
