Ironic they had to ride in the back of the train.

So...the police escorted and protected the white supremacists. The same police who beat and arrest Black people for protesting police brutality.

    1. So they got safe spaces?

    2. If they’re really right wing, they should have taken an Uber, not that communist public transportation.

      YES. Exactly! LOL

Why is no one saying that?

Of course, how many Ubers would stop for them after they saw the signs or outfits?

We need to talk about the tacit support of the neo-nazi movement by a large swath of policemen on police forces all over this country.... It is not right!

Tacit, hell. It ain’t a coincidence that the geographic pattern of law enforcement officer residence lines up nicely with the geographic pattern of white supremacist activity in many, if not most, of the nation’s large metro areas.

As mentioned below, it’s not tacit. White supremacists are joining the military to get training, then law enforcement. They’re also obviously in all levels of government too. The only way they will be removed is if white people wake up and stop voting for Republicans.

That’s the sign I made for my boyfriend! I figured we weren’t dealing with high IQ individuals, so keep it short and to the point.

I’m on the fence about this one. On one hand, it was a good thing to keep these rabid dogs quarantined from human passengers. But on the other, the message that these cretins will take away is that they were given special treatment because they are.

That’s the message the police want them to have. That’s a two-way street. White supremacists have been infiltrating police departments for years, and the police are saying, “We see you, brothers.”

While the white supremacists were being escorted to the train, other metro-users were temporarily blocked from entering the station.

I’m personally boggling at the logistics of this. How did they tell white supremacists from “other” metro-users?

What guidance is given to a cop who’s told to block access to a public utility for everyone but Nazis? Did they have to show their special Nazi ID? Could they just show their swastikas? What if they hadn’t brought any swastikas because Bubba was bringing enough for everyone? Was chanting the Fourteen Words OK? How did they know to let the black guy through?? Did the cop in charge just say “Go get Earl, he knows everyone.”?

How did they keep the Nazis and decent people apart outside the station? Was there a little “Wait here until we see if you’re Nazi enough to get on the train” holding area? If so, how did the WS’s get to that? Were the decent people able to heckle them in their Safe Space? Were decent people Googling Nazi slogans to try and get in and disrupt proceedings (or just to get on their fucking train and go home)? Did they have a game plan for if the driver found they were operating an unauthorised Nazi transport train, said “Fuck this, I’m out”, stopped and went home?

    I have so many questions.

I’m OK with this if Kessler paid for all of the special accommodation, including the extra law enforcement. I suspect that he didn’t, though, which is infuriating.

While I am outraged I do enjoy the irony that they were forced to sit in the back of the train.

given police escort to board the rear car of a train heading toward Foggy Bottom.
