      So, my personal guess is that these people see this stuff going viral and think “Ooh! I can be racist, #TriggerLibruls, and get famous all at once!”, but they fail to read the follow-ups where the offenders consistently lose their jobs, because they’re dumb.

    Hearing her say “my 4th of July is ruined” with that defeated sounding voice was difficult. She left because of the embarrassment, while that white woman gets to stand there proudly enjoying the fact that the scintilla of power that she received from her arbitrary, made up position could be used yet again, to ruin someone’s day.

      That is the worst part of it - Porter’s & her family’s holiday was ruined, and the white woman’s holiday was made even better (and I’m sure made her feel her racism was justified) as a result. Hopefully Porter is at least getting a little bit of satisfaction out of the white lady being fired (not that that would make up for it, of course).

    Lets say for arguments sake that Kam Porter was 100% completely in the wrong, she wasn’t but let’s just say she was. This is not something that you call 911 over. You issue some kind of residential warning, or written correction to the tenant, and keep it in the tenant’s records. You don’t use 911 this way for this kind of bullshit!

      Where does it say she called 911? There’s a big difference between calling 911 and calling the police through a direct, non-emergency number. Why do so many people who comment on these stories seem to think any call to the police is a call to 911?

      That being said - Porter and her family were clearly doing nothing wrong, so Walker got what she deserved.

    Maybe this is why people think black folk can't swim; because every damn time we try someone calls the cops on us. And STFU about "eww, he had socks on". Do you really think the people themselves or their swimsuits are any cleaner (more importantly, do you honestly think EVERYONE gets out of the pool to pee?)

    When the officer (who was black) showed up, it seemed as though Walker didn’t have much to say:

    BWHAHAHAHA....*breath*.....HAHAHAHAHAHA, I knew one day this was bound to happen and it was fucking great. A black cop showed up and the white person was all of a sudden stricken nearly mute. The look on Pool Patrol Patty’s face is fucking priceless.
