The fact that they did this shit with cops able to watch and verify is a huge troubling sign, with the second being that the cops basically did nothing other then give them a ticket to appear. If this had been black on white crime, the fucking cops would have called in motherfucking Blue Thunder to hose them down without even getting out of their cars!

Unless, of course, we are expected to do our actual jobs, such as arresting the perpetrators of crimes such as these. What the actual fuck? How did they not even get taken to the station? I didn’t even know you could be charged without being arrested.

  Yeah. For certain levels of crime (even semi-violent ones), they aren’t arrested. The case is reviewed, and a warrant will be issued upon review. This is pretty normal. I will, however, point out that had this situation been reversed, and all the perpetrators black, they’d all be rotting in a jail cell.

  I really was 100% clueless this no arrest thing ever happened, especially when it comes to a crime that includes violence of any severity, and am even more surprised it’s pretty normal.

  Nah. I spent a few years in New Hampshire. It was sad (for some reason I always saw it as “Arkansas of the north”). I won’t say the whole state is racist, but the further north you go, I feel the more into trump country you get. But they did know how to plow roads.
