    You cant pardon a man who hasnt been charged.  But life can become increasingly uncomfortable for Cohen’s wife and thats the kind of pressure that makes blue balls; for which there is only one cure.

      You cant pardon a man who hasnt been charged.

      Nixon got pardoned before being charged. But that’s moot because you can’t get pardoned for state charges, Trump can only do federal pardons.

    Another bit of info is that Trump and Cohen have ended their joint defense agreement. In short, Trump and Cohen were sharing information and defense strategy. That’s ending soon. But that also means that this whole thing is very, very, planned. I’m suspicious.

    It’s not like he really has a choice, he’s going to be subject to mostly state charges, and Trump can’t help him there. Since Trump is the real target (and the much bigger fish) it makes sense for him to give up what he knows. Cohen has no incentive to go down for him at this point, especially if he’s going to end up the only one in jail. I saw an article the other day about how Cohen was trying to change his narrative around all this, that if he cooperates and gives up everything he could come out of this looking like a hero who saved democracy, if what he knows takes down Trump and his administration along with him. Not only would Cohen have information about crimes committed long before the election, he’d also have information about crimes during and after.
