    Two thoughts:

    1. I admire her focus

    2. That squirrel almost got stone cut in half. THAT might have been enough of a distraction to disrupt the race, and they’d never have gotten the blood out of the snow. How awesome would every race going through a big blood stain have been?

    That’s some very British restraint by the announcer. What I wouldn’t give for some of the excited, insightful thoughts of a Bodie Miller Tony Romo. He’d have called the squirrel interference before the run.
