    My main take-away from my one time going to SXSW was, Jesus Christ, how do I get the shuttle driver to shut the fuck up?

      My most annoying SXSW experience the year I went (2015) was being drunk pitched by a guy on a shuttle bus who had an app startup that will connect you to concerts of your favorite style of music in your hometown. I kept telling him I work at a university so I don’t have any money to invest in his idea but he kept saying things like “well do you have savings you’ve been thinking of investing in?”

      I was so glad his hotel was first so I could go back to talking to my friends about how much of a dick the founder of Mashable was in his talk.

      Oh yeah, the little crybabies on the way home pulling Tobias Funke’s re: how long it was taking to get to their hotel was also a favorite of mine.
