Okay, Dolph Lundgren being Ian Ziering’s time traveling son from the future is so awesome I can’t believe it hasn’t already happened. The fact that they are going to beat Cable to the punch is awesome. Also, why isn’t Dolph Lungren actually Cable?

Noah’s Ark? Maybe, if they have a bunch of crypto-animals that the sharks get to, which is why we no longer have them. Fighting Nazis? Now I demand a shark with a, SS cap and a nazi fin band. Nazi Sharks. Yes.

I don’t actually watch these movies, but I love the insanity that goes into them.

You’ve taken the best approach. Goggling at the batshit ideas they run with and never ruining the anticipation by actually *watching* one of these clunkers is the way to do it.

Yeah, but they have to leave at least one seat between them.

This series increasingly sounds like it was written by Chuck Tingle, but without the butt-pounding.

I promptly googled Chuck Tingle and learned about the existence of Space Raptor Butt Trilogy. I mean...is there actual sex with a dinosaur? I guess I could sample it, but I don’t think I want to...

At the end of the fifth movie Ian Ziering was the last living human on Earth, so I guess this is the only way to up the ante left.

Which just means next summer when Sharknado 7 comes out I can only imagine they’re gonna fight Martian Sharknados.

They seemed to tone down the product placement in the last film which made it slightly more watchable. The whole enterprise is truly mindless fun but I admit the hey look something or someone familiar out of context so this must be funny has definitely run its course.

The obvious try too hard humor of these makes them unwatchable but quick and dirty abbreviations of their plots are fun. They need David Fincher or Ang Lee to make a Sharknado movie for me to sign on.

That’s some interesting time travel that can head back to an event that didn’t happen. But then they compound it all by going back to a time that proves the Noah’s Ark nonsense never happened? That may be weird even for this franchise.
