    Yeah, we need to talk about this reboot. This has the potential to be pretty decent, dare I say... No. I won’t jinx it.

    The game was leaps and bounds better than Legend and Underworld and I loved the self-contained Arkham Asylum-like setting.

    I gotta say Dominic West is inspired casting for Lord Croft. They’re pretty believable as a father/daughter pairing.

    Cold take: The 2013 Tomb Raider game did not feature nearly enough tombs or raiding. In fact, virtually all the raiding of tombs in the game was completely optional.

    That said, it was a fantastic game: great setting, good setpieces, actual characters, fun gameplay, amazing visuals. But you could have made exactly two changes (rename main character, rename game title) and it wouldn’t have felt at all like Tomb Raider.

      To be clear. The doll is holding its ice axe backwards. Vikander is holding it properly in the header. I do need t know why one would need an ice axe in a non-ice-climbing situation. Unless it is being used as a weapon.
