    I wonder also if people who have served their sentence for marijuana possession will be allowed a voice in this issue.

    And it is well overdue for New York to adopt this game plan.

      NY is full of too many timid liberals and goddamned racists; I don’t think I’ve seen a liberal city so enamored of its terrible law enforcement culture as NYC, and you can bet folks on Long Island and upstate are even worse. The ratfucks of the IDC will help the GOP block any Dem proposal to legalize or expunge records, and even if anythign significant did pass, slimeball Cuomo won’t sign it.
