Kanye West met Donald Trump at Trump Tower.

His mom was part of the civil rights movement, his dad was a Black Panther, and he actually went to meet that man at Trump Tower. I mean...I don’t know if that’s pussy, or just losing yourself in trying to get white approval.

I don’t think Kanye’s been the same since he got dragged for being right about Beyonce’s video and Taylor’s bullshit. Even Obama called him a jackass. I think he’s been looking more and more for white approval, and a lot of that comes from hanging out with white people and dating a white woman.

Not to get too deep, but my man Kanye has not been the same dude since his mother passed away. Maybe that’s getting too much into it, but pain was enough to put Chris in the Sunken Place. It must be enough for Kanye.

He became addicted to validation. Any validation.

My guess (not a defense) is that it wasn’t Donald Trump to him, it was the POTUS acknowledging him.

While Kanye might be hungry for white approval, many of us are hungry for something. What isn’t understood is how or when we arrived at the point of willing to eat anything? Including a Trump presidency and Tide pods (apparently). The shit I feel inside might eventually cause me to overlook its smell long enough to make me feel like I’m sitting in an Eames Lounge Chair but I’ll be damned if I’m going to start eating it. Substance doesn’t always equal sustenance.

You have no problem with the sheer misogyny of the headline? It’s basically a slightly cleaned-up version of “Kim’s Evil Cunt Traps Black Men.”

I wish he would tell her imitating another white woman appropriating black hairstyles is not a shield.

Bo Derek already defended them before, saying ‘it was JUST a hairstyle’ and considering how much it blew up her career, she’ll stay quiet

With all due respect most of the men that Kim dragged into her sunken snatch trap weren’t going to be much. Reggie Bush was at best a third down back that might occasionally get a 100 yards rushing. Humphries? Uh no. Ray J? Please. Kanye is the sad case. The man called out The President and scared the hell out of white people. He pretty much bodybagged Taylor Swift not once but twice. Now? He’s carrying the water for this talent starved whore who’s only contribution to society is the enrichment of plastic surgeons. Her family is a blight onto the world. They made Bruce Jenner switch teams dude. Bruce Fucking Jenner!!! I mean for that tramp to basically tell black women to kiss her fake silicone injected ass should be the last straw, but no Kanye is trapped. Kanye your mother was an AKA, she raised you better than this. She deserves to have her memory honored. Fix this, before she has too.

Really?!? According to a couple wives and Caitlyn, she was always she; but society and she were not ready. I don’t even like that MAGA hat wearing, Republican airhead; but please don’t remove her agency or her gender identity (switch teams usually means ‘come out as gay’) to insult the Kardashians. The well of questionable behavior is deep, draw from that.

It’s his job to explain to his wife why what she’s been doing and continues to do is not only wrong, it’s hurtful, to black women.

It’s also his job to explain to her why it’s also hurtful to is own half black daughter. Her mom is erasing part of her own daughter’s history.

I thought Kim had turned a new leaf when she had her legal team helping the wrongfully imprisoned Black women, but we are back to this same old ish......... First of all, Kanye West is complicit at this point. He praised and met with orange satan. We needed him to be as vocal with this monstrosity as he was with Dubyadumba$$. I can’t put that on Kim or his dead mother. He chooses to stay in the sunken place because he wants White validation (especially for his tragique fashion line).

My feelings are not hurt by Kim K because she does what she does for attention. She has lived the life of a Becky, whether ya’ll want to argue that she’s Armenian or what not. Armenian Americans consider themselves White. They are not living in impoverished ghettos and having their unarmed relatives shot by the police. There was no Jim Crow for them. Kim has Black children. Like many White women who choose to have mixed babies that doesn’t mean Kim can’t be racist or show misogynoir. I don’t keep up with them but there’s the one that has kids with the White guy and her children will be treated differently in society from the other Kardashian grandkids. There are countless stories of mixed-race children who were raised by racist White people and taught to hate the Black half of themselves. I hope Kim Kardashian changes her attitude towards Black women so her daughters have a chance not to have that toxicity in their lives.

Thank you for stating how Black women have been demeaned for our hairstyles while White women are praised for the same aesthetic. Bo Derek was seen as a trendsetter for her braids, but Black women are called ghetto and told that our hair is not appropriate in the workplace.

Earlier Kanye rapped, “When he get on, he’ll leave your ass for a white girl,” and later Kanye did just that, but I didn’t expect him to lose his voice.

Excellent research and analysis of this most disastrous ongoing situation, Sir! Kanye is definitely in the sunken place. His wealth and fame are the bars and perpetuators of the gilded cage that he occupies, wherein reality is completely distorted, and his voice is lost. He got drunk on his own Kool-Aid, the Kardashians franchised the hell out of it, and they have tossed him into the sunken place. They only need to trot him out a couple choice nights a year to say that he is still, “alive.”

He must know that he has created a sort of monster, and we will likely lose him like we have lost so many greats. Ye got caught out there, not unlike Richard Simmons, and he is trapped, probably for life. Kim, as a modern day Circe or Siren, lures men to Calabasas with her reality distortion field: the promise of a slice of getting one over on, ‘The Man,’ by being with a ‘Spicy White’ Armenian woman.

What is ‘Spicy White,’ you ask? Look at an Italian, Persian, or Armenian. There you go. They have some flavor, melanin, can bring acceptable dishes to The Cookout, and occupy a space that is not too far removed from Creoles and other mixed people. They can hang, but at their prerogative, as there is still a level of white privilege emanating from them. At the very least, to the everyday white person, they are an Acceptable Other. Thus, Kim lures these men in with the promise of a White-enough woman who might appreciate and elevate their own status, just by sheer proximity to her and her family.

While it may sound premature, we have lost so many greats to lesser quandaries, so let us appreciate each day that Ye is on earth, even if he cannot speak or make music.

I have absolutely no complaints about this post. Sans for the fact that I will not contribute to his music because we have Kendrick for that (THANK GOD!) Kanye always wants to be accepted (either in white society or black) & have actual meaningful friends. He had that with Jay-Z and Beyoncé but he lost that too. Kanye is naturally talented and a natural fuck up. In short, some people are not nice people. Kanye and Kim are just not nice people. Plain and simple.

I think the Kardashians are like Scientologists - they build up a file or leverage on you making it difficult to leave. Whatever sense he has left in that brain of his is telling him the risks are too high. Blac Chyna is really the only one to ever stand up to them and we all know how that’s working out.

My point is he’s too far gone. His own children probably won’t get to grow up knowing their daddy beyond the shell of a man that he is today.

The Kardashians remind me of the aliens in the 1953 horror classic, “Invasion of the Body Snatchers”. I don’t know how the fuck they do it, but they turn all of the men who are sucked into their world into severely damaged pod people.

He’s not the first and he won’t be the last. I have seen this countless times. It’s as if the entirety of their upbringing/essence just vaporizes. They revel in seeing their alabaster goddess Miss Anne put everyone in their place. And when they do return from the sunken place, guess whose bosom of safety they want to return to.
