The student told authorities that he searched for pictures of a black penis on the internet and sent them to Maria as though he had taken a picture of himself.

A teacher at my high school got “asked to resign” because they found out he was dating two female students (the students found out about each other and ratted him out). The next place this creepazoid got hired? An all-girls’ high school.

What the hell is wrong with you mentally that you would think asking a child to send you dick pics is something that you would ever get away with?
And when are schools going to start conducting some sort of mandatory psych evaluations on new hires? Because we seem to get a teacher sex crime story about twice a day nowadays and at some point these school districts are going to have to get preemptive when it comes to trying to weed out the pedophiles.

  That has to be some convoluted situation with the teacher’s union and the technicalities of how/when a teacher can be fired.
  I’m sure once he is found guilty that he’ll get dropkicked out of the district and union so fast it will make his perverted head spin.

1985: Our phys ed teacher and high school softball coach was fired for (you guessed it), hitting on one of his players.

  A teacher at my alma mater got busted for dating a student a few years after I graduated, maybe a dozen years ago. There had been rumors for years - at least since I was in high school - that he basically picked a senior every year. (He and I did not get along. He was a music teacher and I sang, so I was around him a lot, but I always thought he was creepy.) The one who got him busted thought she’d graduate and they’d get married and shit, and she was telling all her friends about it and eventually one of them told her parents, who told the girl’s parents, who told the school.
  Also the retired choir director is married to and has a child with his former student, who is like 25 years his junior. His second marriage (he has kids from his first marriage who are about her age), her first. I don’t know if they got together when he was her teacher, but that’s how they met.

  Our high school guidance counselor married one gal right after she graduated one year. He was about 35 at the time. 2 years later, he gets divorced and does it again with another newly graduated senior. And Hand to God, again two years after that. Every time you’d go to the guidance office, his door was shut and he was “meeting” with a junior or senior girl. Unsurprisingly, he and several other teachers were busted in a big scandal several years later as they were using all their coaching access to groom their victims for years. Ick.
