    Worth noting - on top of being the original choice for director, his first film holds a 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, his second a 92% and I don’t care what people think about Eddie the Eagle the man’s a national treasure and true Olympian hero.

    Also, and this is no minor thing, he’s scandal free - except for that incident with the splurge gun in his youth.
