    This is a killer show. I love how they don’t even address how they can be doing talking head interviews; they just leave that absurdity out there.

    And we shouldn’t ignore the set design and the costumes. This show is straight-up gorgeous.

    My only minor quibble is that I wish that more of the cast members made the effort to talk in a period-appropriate manner. Only Michael Ian Black and Padget Brewster have mastered that. But if Paul F. Tompkins is going to be on this season, then we’ll surely get some of that from him.

      Paget Brewster is just so damn wonderful in everything she’s in. I gotta wonder why she isn’t a more widely-recognized actor.

    Such a great show. One of my favorite lines is when Lillian trash talks a baby because they’re in the same pageant together.

    “I’m going to make you wish you ended up a puddle on your mother’s face!”

    Battle opioids? Why, when they are so beneficial to so many of the woes that trouble the fairer sex. Whether it is disturbances of the uterus, female hysteria, congestion of the liver, or melancholia, opioids are good for what ails ya!

    Super excited they’re back, but I have to wonder if the ratings are going to slip because it’s been soooo long.

    Comedy Central has a bad habit of killing shows because they let production spiral out of control.
