    Yes, the Roy Moore lady on CNN was a piece of work.

    I’ve made this point before, but it bears repeating ad nauseam: to the president of the U.S., and the Republican Party, and (it appears) the voters of Alabama, being a liberal/Democrat is now LITERALLY worse than being a child molester.

    To put it another way: to those of us who are left of center, the people currently running the country LITERALLY consider us worse than child molesters... try to wrap your mind around that.

      This is right up there with, “Half the country voted for Trump!”

      No they didn’t. Only 59% of eligible voters voted in 2016 so not even close to half the country voted for him. Just like not even close to 53% of all white women in the U.S. voted for Trump.

      Btw, Millenial voter participation was about 50% — far lower than the overall percentage.

      Except the Hastert allegations didn’t come out until after he had retired. Illinois has done some amazingly corrupt things (“this thing is fucking golden!”), but we didn’t elect a known pedophile.

    I don’t even come close to understand the either/or questioning Southern did. Like, I get that she believes women’s rights and Islam can’t coexist, but juxtaposing the two in that either/or question doesn’t really prove that belief. You can literally replace “women’s rights” and “Islam” with any two nouns for largely the same (confusing) effect.

    Lard or sunflowers?
