    Compare this to the Fire Swamp in The Princess Bridge, where the jet of fire goes off a foot from Princess Buttercup and the hem of her dress spontaneously combusts.

      They cut out the part where screenwriter William Goldman leapt into frame from offstage to stomp out the dress, even though it was a controlled part of the stunt.

    This is one of the few movies as a kid that I could NOT finish. I don’t remember watching many scary movies, so I probably would have bailed on those, too, but I just found this movie so violent! Like 5-year old me or whatever was sympathizing with the robbers because this psychopath child has set up these really vicious booby traps to cause them grievous bodily harm.

    It was this and some animated film about whales dying from pollution that just made me too sad haha
