I never understood how its possible to be suing everybody left and right. Your coffee is too hot, oh well let me get a million from you in court. Didnt pay attention riding your bike and drove into a parked car... oh not my fault the person shouldnt have parked his car there. Wait what... i cant dry my cat in the microwave. In Europe those kind of situation wouldnt even make it to court. Good for Nikola owning up to his shit and accept his defeat.

Have you ever actually looked at the coffee case? The machine malfunctioned and the woman had3rd degree burns and needed skin grafts. I get that it’s fun to joke about but that woman had long lasting consequence from a corporation that chose to save a few hundred dollars over fixing a machine they knew was broken.

It didn’t malfunction. After being warned that they were serving their coffee at dangerous temps, McDonalds didn’t give a crap and just kept serving it that hot.

“I was always a good teammate, always professional with everybody, and I’m going to continue to do that.”

Maybe I’m just old school but reading between the lines, Portis is going to catch hands after the season’s over, by Mirotic or anonymous proxy.

Mirotic already tried to throw hands with Portis.

      It didn’t end well.

I mean by all the reports I’ve seen Mirotic started the fight. Portis ended it.

So definitely good of him to be able to move on and all. But hopefully he learned his lesson about picking fights with people who won’t just pull a Kobe.

A croc of shit. But maybe what has come to be normal in today’s stand your ground US where shooting people in the back is cool provided you ‘feel threatened’ to be expected.

Mirotic got in Portis’ face. Period. He did not hit, push, or even threaten Portis. Portis severely overreacted.

NBA players get in each others faces all the time. They are always jawing at each other. Half the NBA would be in the morgue if Portis’ actions here were acceptable.

your post will be ignored because, well, we all know why. but this is the truth. the child reacted with violence because the adult dared to talk back to him.

Look, my coworker breaks my face at work, and the least of our problems is going to be a trust issue. Hell, if one of my siblings broke my face I’d be side-eying them for a minute.

I’m more impressed that Portis punched through that epic beard and STILL managed to break his face.
